Yamil Piedra and Johnny Trabanco are A PAIR OF NUTS! They've been performing together since 1998 where they met in college. Their work has garnered them critical acclaim and they have been featured on Last Call w/ Carson Daly, VH1, BET, Discovery Channel, MegaTV, MySpace, YouTube, FunnyorDie.com, CollegeHumor.com, and Comedy Central's South Beach Comedy Festival. They are the stars of the international hit Spanish sketch comedy show on MegaTV "El Vacilon," where they've worked with some of the biggest Hispanic celebrities including Wilmer Valderrama (That 70's Show), Tony Plana (Ugly Betty), Luis Guzman (Carlito's Way), and Steven Bauer (Scarface), just to name a few. Bringing non-stop laughs, Yamil and Johnny also star in the hit VH1 reality show Money Hungry.

Their live stage show is an award-winning multimedia sketch comedy show that is unique and certainly side-splitting. Complete with loosely improvised sketches, short videos sprinkled in between, numerous costume changes, and hilarious choreography, their show is unlike anything you've ever seen. ABOUT THE NUTS

Piedra was born in Havana, Cuba and arrived in Miami in 1980 by way of the famous Mariel boatlift. His journey into comedy began in 1997 while in college. He's appeared on Last Comic Standing, Comic View, Las Vegas, Boston Legal, & Burn Notice. Yamil has also taken part in several stand up comedy showcases including Comedy Central’s Open Mic Fight, NBC's Stand Up for Diversity, and a Just for Laughs Showcase. In 2007, he was featured in Ocean Drive Espańol Magazine’s "En Caliente" (What’s Hot) section.

Trabanco was born in Miami to Cuban parents and has been performing comedy since 1998. He's taken part in several stand up comedy competitions in the South Florida area including taking the top prize in the first ever Miami Improv Comedy Derby and the Annual Miami Improv Turkey Contest. Johnny has worked with a number of touring comics including Doug Benson, Christian Finnegan, and Jo Koy.
